Come dine with me
Invite your friends round for a meal and ask each person to donate £20 for the privilege.
Movie night
Hire a hall or speak to your local cinema. Get sponsored to come dressed in pyjamas! A Netflix and popcorn night works too!
Hold a wine tasting evening
Spend an evening tasting fine wines. Ask friends and family to pay an entry fee, provide wine, cheese and French bread free of charge. Try and get the wine donated.
Car wash
Arrange a car washing day with your place of work
Birthday
Hold a birthday party, get dressed up, share a drink and play some games. Set up your own Just Giving donation page and ask your friends and family to donate to Anaphylaxis UK instead of giving you presents.
Some companies will match whatever you raise, or at least add some towards your total. Ask your manager, HR representative or director if it’s something they offer, and get the relevant forms to make it so.
If they don’t offer match giving, they really should, so ask if it’s something they would be interested in.
